Informuese dhe edukative<\/em><br>a. SHKSHM do ju ofroje pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs dhe komunitetit shqiptar njoftime,<br>informacion, ligj\u00ebrata mbi kultur\u00ebn e trash\u00ebguar, do organizoj tubime dhe festime t\u00eb<br>dit\u00ebve me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare shqiptare dhe kanadeze, si dhe do nxis\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtesi<br>t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<br><em>3.2. Kulturore dhe arg\u00ebtuese<\/em><br>a. Shoqata p\u00ebrhap dije me an\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve dhe formave t\u00eb ndryshme si botimet<br>periodike (gazeta, flet\u00eb informative, buletine), radio e televizion, veprimtarive<br>muzikore, sportive, letrare me q\u00ebllim ruajtjen e tradit\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3.3. Humanitare<\/em><br>a. SHKSHM do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb sipas mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen morale dhe materiale p\u00ebr<br>pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Shoqat\u00ebs n\u00eb Kebek.<br><em>3.4. Mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse<\/em><br>a. SHKSHM do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e kushteve dhe nxitjen e pjes\u00ebmarrjes t\u00eb gjith\u00eb<br>grupeve shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e Shoqates.<br><em>3.5. Bashk\u00ebpunuese<\/em><br>a. Shoqata n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shtrirjes s\u00eb saj n\u00eb zona t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrreth do t\u00eb punoj n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb<br>vazhdueshme t\u00eb konsolidoje dhe mb\u00ebshtese bashk\u00ebpunimin me shoqatat e tjera<br>simotra.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 4 \u2013 VULA E SHOQAT\u00cbS<\/strong><br>a. Shoqata do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vul\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb miratuar ashtu si\u00e7 paraqitet n\u00eb faqen e fundit t\u00eb<br>k\u00ebtij dokumenti.<br>b. Vula do t\u00eb administrohet nga Bordi Drejtues, i cili miraton me an\u00ebn e nj\u00eb udh\u00ebzimi<br>t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb (t\u00eb shkruar) p\u00ebrdorimin e saj.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 5 \u2013 AN\u00cbTAR\u00cbSIA<\/strong><br><em>5.1. Kriteret p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb Shoqat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i hapur, p\u00ebr individ\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi shqiptare apo edhe<br>nga komb\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera, mbi mosh\u00ebn 18 vje\u00e7 si dhe p\u00ebr organizata apo nd\u00ebrmarrje<br>private ose publike q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuara n\u00eb veprimtari shum\u00eb-kulturore dhe q\u00eb<br>pranojn\u00eb Statutin e Shoqat\u00ebs.<br><em>5.2. K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim<\/em><br>a. Individ\u00ebt, organizatat dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjet private ose publike q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen n\u00eb SHKSHM duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb Formularin e An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit dhe t\u00eb<br>paguajn\u00eb kuot\u00ebn vjetore duke paraqitur nje dokument identifikimi zyrtar t\u00eb njohur<br>nga autoritetet Kanadeze.<br>b. Informacionet personale q\u00eb do ti jepen Shoqat\u00ebs mbeten rrept\u00ebsisht konfidenciale<br>dhe do p\u00ebrdoren vet\u00ebm n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb respektimit t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>c. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me pages\u00ebn e plot\u00eb t\u00eb kuot\u00ebs<br>s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<br>d. K\u00ebrkesa e par\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy (2) muaj p\u00ebrpara<br>dat\u00ebs s\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb<br>mbledhjen e saj me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb pare p\u00ebr themelimin e Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>e. Personat q\u00eb jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb m\u00eb pak se dy (2) muaj para mbledhjes<br>s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme nuk mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb.<br>f. K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr antaresim q\u00eb nuk ploteson pikat a), c), dhe d) te k\u00ebtij neni konsiderohet<br>e pavlefshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5.3. Shqyrtimi<\/em><br>a. Bordi Drejtues i Shoqat\u00ebs do shqyrtoje dhe kontaktoje te interesuarin p\u00ebr<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim br\u00ebnda dy (2) muajve.<br>b. Sekretari kujdeset p\u00ebr aspektin procedural t\u00eb \u00e7do k\u00ebrkese p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim.<br>c. An\u00ebtaresia hyn n\u00eb fuqi vet\u00ebm kur ajo miratohet nga Bordi Drejtues n\u00eb mbledhjen e<br>rradh\u00ebs.<br><em>5.4. Kategorit\u00eb e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00eb: persona fizik\u00eb, organizata, shoqata, nd\u00ebrmarrje private ose publike;<br>b. An\u00ebtar\u00eb nderi;<br>c. An\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit;<br>d. An\u00ebtar\u00eb themelues.<br><em>5.5. T\u00eb drejtat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve<\/em><br>a. E drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr \u00e7do an\u00ebtar hyn n\u00eb fuqi menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas pranimit t\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit dhe marrjes s\u00eb kart\u00ebs s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb;<br>b. E drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informacionet dhe lajm\u00ebrimet zyrtare t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs;<br>c. E drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u zgjedhur n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse;<br>d. Sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb Shoqata.<br><em>5.6. T\u00eb drejtat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb nderit<\/em><br>a. Bordi Drejtues mundet q\u00eb me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb votash prej dy t\u00eb tretash (2\/3) t\u2019i jap\u00eb<br>statutin \u201cAn\u00ebtar Nderi\u201d \u00e7do personaliteti t\u00eb kultures, artit dhe shkenc\u00ebs i cili ka<br>dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb komunitetit Shqiptar kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<br>b. An\u00ebtari i nderit do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat q\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb edhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb<br>Shoqat\u00ebs perve\u00e7 t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme.<br>c. An\u00ebtari i nderit p\u00ebrjashtohet nga pagesa e kuot\u00ebs s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb<br>rasteve kur d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtar me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota.<br><em>5.7. T\u00eb drejtat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit, njer\u00ebz me reputacion te ve\u00e7ant\u00eb profesional dhe me<br>vlera t\u00eb spikatura, do t\u00eb ken\u00eb rol k\u00ebshillues me q\u00ebllim kryesor ruajtjen e harmonis\u00eb<br>dhe bashkimin e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebrreth kultures dhe tradit\u00ebs shqiptare si dhe p\u00ebr<br>respektimin e parimeve t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>b. K\u00ebshilli i Nderit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga (3) an\u00ebtar\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi shqiptare t\u00eb zgjedhur<br>nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues por kandidatura e tyre mund t\u00eb sygjerohet nga cilido prej<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb SHKSHM n\u00eb mbledhjen e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme.<br>c. K\u00ebshilli i nderit k\u00ebshillon Bordin Drejtues rreth ushtrimit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb<br>dhe ankesave, gjithashtu dhe p\u00ebr largimet nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia.<br>d. K\u00ebshilli i nderit mund t\u00eb veproj\u00eb si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs midis pal\u00ebve me miratimin e tyre.<br>e. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vote n\u00eb mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues.<br>f. K\u00ebshilla e antar\u00ebve t\u00eb nderit do jepet nj\u00ebz\u00ebri n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb marr\u00eb me nj\u00eb<br>shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb vote.<br>g. T\u00eb tre an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit mund t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mbledhjet e<br>Bordit Drejtues, por t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn njeri prej tyre duhet t\u00eb paraqitet n\u00eb \u00e7do mbledhje t\u00eb<br>tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4<\/strong><br>h. Nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar i k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit duhet t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues n\u00eb raste t\u00eb<br>jasht\u00ebzakonshme kur Bordi Drejtues apo cilido person tjeter vepron n\u00eb shkelje<br>t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM, t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut t\u00eb<br>Kebekut, ose Kodit Penal t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb.<br>i. Mandati i nj\u00eb an\u00ebtari t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit \u00ebsht\u00eb tre (3) vjet, me mund\u00ebsi rizgjedhje.<br><em>5.8. T\u00eb drejtat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve themelues<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues mund t\u00eb th\u00ebrrasin nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb<br>Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme kur t\u00eb konsiderohet e nevojshme me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb<br>thjesht\u00eb votash.<br>b. Me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues mund t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb s\u00ebrisht n\u00eb<br>SHKSHM nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga Bordi Drejtues, nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga<br>SHKSHM, apo nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga grupi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebve themelues n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se<br>an\u00ebtari i p\u00ebrjashtuar pendohet p\u00ebr veprimin q\u00eb detyroi p\u00ebrjashtimin e an\u00ebtarit.<br>d. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues mund t\u00eb z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash nj\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar themelues q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb me funksionin e tij.<br>e. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb prej 2\/3 votash nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar<br>themelues q\u00eb kryen shkelje t\u00eb statutit te SHKSHM, t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb SHKSHM,<br>t\u00eb Rregullores s\u00eb SHKSHM, t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut t\u00eb Kebekut, Kodit<br>Penal t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb ose q\u00eb tregon nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb padenj\u00eb, imorale ose ofenduese<br>kundrejt t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<br>f. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues mund t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019do detyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet nga Statuti i<br>Shoqates ose q\u00eb mund t\u00eb lindi p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar funksionimin normal t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<br><em>5.9. Kuotat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt<\/em><br>a. Kuota e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb 30 dollar\u00eb kanadez\u00eb p\u00ebr individ\u00eb dhe 20 dollar\u00eb<br>kanadez\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do an\u00ebtar tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjtes familje.<br>b. Kuota e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb 20 dollar kanadez\u00eb p\u00ebr student\u00ebt, pensionist\u00ebt ose<br>personat mbi 65 vje\u00e7.<br>c. Kuotat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit miratohet n\u00eb Mbledhjen e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb<br>SHKSHM, e drejta e ndryshimit i p\u00ebrket Bordit Drejtues.<br>d. Kuotat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit jan\u00eb vjetore dhe t\u00eb pakthyeshme.<br>e. Bordi Drejtues duhet t\u00eb kontaktoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr kryerjen e pages\u00ebs vjetore<br>kat\u00ebr (4) muaj para mbledhjes s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme.<br>f. P\u00ebr t\u00eb thjeshtuar kryerjen e pages\u00ebs, Bordi Drejtues duhet t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb pagesat<br>p\u00ebrmes transfertave bankare elektronike.<br>g. Pagesa vjetore e antar\u00ebve t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb vitin paraardh\u00ebs mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet edhe n\u00eb<br>dit\u00ebn e mbledhjes s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5.10. P\u00ebrfundimi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/em><br>a. \u00c7do an\u00ebtar mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia n\u00eb SHKSHM duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb kerkes\u00eb<br>dor\u00ebheqjeje me shkrim.<br>b. P\u00ebrfundimi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit hyn n\u00eb fuqi nga data e pranimit t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjes.<br>c. Mospagesa e kuot\u00ebs s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit deri n\u00eb 90 dit\u00eb pas skadimit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit<br>n\u00ebnkupton dor\u00ebheqjen nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>d. P\u00ebrfundimi i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb heq t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtari.<br>e. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtoj\u00eb me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash \u00e7do an\u00ebtar t\u00eb<br>SHKSHM q\u00eb kryen shkelje t\u00eb Statutit te SHKSHM, t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb<br>SHKSHM, t\u00eb Rregullores s\u00eb SHKSHM, t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb<br>Njeriut t\u00eb Kebekut, Kodit Penal t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb ose q\u00eb tregon nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb padenj\u00eb,<br>imorale ose ofenduese kundrejt t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<br>f. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash t\u00eb drejtat e nj\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtari t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues p\u00ebr sjellje t\u00eb padenj\u00eb ose ofenduese deri ne mbledhjen e<br>ardhshme t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme.<br>g. Bordi Drejtues dhe \u00e7do an\u00ebtar i SHKSHM ka detyrimin t\u2019i drejtohet An\u00ebtar\u00ebve<br>themelues p\u00ebr \u00e7do an\u00ebtar q\u00eb thyen drejt\u00ebperdrejt\u00eb ose jo-drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb Kovent\u00ebn e<br>t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut t\u00eb Kebekut ose Kodin Penal t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb.<br>h. An\u00ebtari i p\u00ebrjashtuar mund t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri titullin an\u00ebtar i SHKSHM sipas nenit<br>5.8. pika c.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 6 \u2013 ORGANIZIMI I SHOQAT\u00cbS<\/strong><br><em>6.1 Mbledhjet e An\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs<\/em><br>a. Minimumi<br>Minimumi i nevojsh\u00ebm i pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb cdo mbledhje t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb<br>Pergjith\u00ebshme eshte nj\u00ebzet e pes\u00eb p\u00ebr qind (25%) e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se gjys\u00ebm ore pas koh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr fillimin e mbledhjes, ky<br>minimum nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur, at\u00ebhere me vendim t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs<br>p\u00ebrcaktohet nj\u00eb dat\u00eb dhe koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr zhvillimin e mbledhjes. N\u00ebse ne takimin e<br>ardhsh\u00ebm minimumi i nevojshem prej 25% nuk arrihet, at\u00ebhere an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e<br>pranish\u00ebm do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb minimumin e nevojsh\u00ebm.<br>b. Votimi<br>Votimi n\u00eb mbledhje \u00ebsht\u00eb individual. \u00c7do vendim n\u00eb mbledhjet e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb<br>SHKSHM do t\u00eb merret me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb<br>barabart\u00eb t\u00eb votave mbi nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, vota e Kryetarit t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues<br>\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuese.<br>c. Mbledhja e jasht\u00ebzakonshme<br>i. Kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs mund t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme brenda<br>15 dit\u00ebsh pas marrjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb peticioni t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga 15 p\u00ebrqind e<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<br>ii. N\u00eb \u00e7do rast tjet\u00ebr kur k\u00ebrkohet nj\u00eb mbledhje e jasht\u00ebzakonshme nga Bordi<br>Drejtues ose nga An\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Nenit 5.8. pika a.<br>iii. Njoftimi dhe q\u00ebllimi i mbledhjes do t\u2019i d\u00ebrgohet \u00e7do an\u00ebtari t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 10 dit\u00eb<br>zyrtare para mbajtjes s\u00eb mbledhjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6<\/strong><br>iv. Vendimet e marra n\u00eb mbledhjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb antar\u00ebsis\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb<br>vlefshme vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rast se miratohen me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash t\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb mbledhje.<br>v. Vendimet e marra n\u00eb mbledhjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb antar\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb<br>ndryshojn\u00eb Statutin apo misionin e Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>d. Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme<br>Mbledhja vjetore e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb SHKSHM do t\u00eb quhet Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme e<br>SHKSHM.<br>e. Koha e mbledhjes s\u00eb antar\u00ebve<br>i. SHKSHM do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje vjetore t\u00eb detyrueshme t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb<br>P\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb fundjav\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb muajit mars.<br>ii. Njoftimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet me t\u00eb gjitha mjetet e mundshme t\u00eb<br>informimit.<br>iii. SHKSH mundet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb mbledhje vjetore t\u00eb tjera gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit kalendarik<br>n\u00ebse gjykohet e nevojshme nga Bordi Drejtues.<br>f. Detyrimet e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme t\u00eb SHKSHM jan\u00eb:<br>i. Zgjedhja e bordit t\u00eb ri drejtues,<br>ii. Aprovimi i ndryshimeve t\u00eb Statutit dhe rregulloreve nga Bordit Drejtues,<br>iii. Ndryshimi i Statutit me minimum vote prej 3\/4 t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb regjistruar,<br>iv. \u00c7\u2019do vendim tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet nga Statuti i SHKSHM.<br>e. Pro\u00e7esverbali<br>Sekretari i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb bashku me dy an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga Mbledhja e<br>An\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr pro\u00e7esverbalin e Mbledhjes s\u00eb<br>An\u00ebtar\u00ebve.<br><em>6.2. Organet drejtuese<\/em><br>a. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb Statut, si dhe me udh\u00ebzimet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb dalin nga votimet<br>me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb mbledhjet e An\u00ebtar\u00ebve, Bordi<br>Drejtues udh\u00ebheq pun\u00ebt dhe drejton Shoqat\u00ebn.<br>b. Bordi Drejtues ka nj\u00eb num\u00ebr minimal prej n\u00ebnt\u00eb (9) an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh, ku p\u00ebrfshihen<br>Kryetari, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetari, Sekretari, Financieri, dhe pes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb.<br>c. N\u00eb rastet kur do nevojitet, Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb krijoje grupe pune duke<br>k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00eb nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e SHKSHM ose an\u00ebtar\u00ebt themelues.<br><em>6.3. Vendimarrja n\u00eb munges<\/em><br>a. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se rrethana t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur prezenc\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues n\u00eb mbledhje, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues q\u00eb jan\u00eb<br>prezent ne mbledhje mund t\u00eb marrin vendime por duhet t\u00eb njoftojn\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt q\u00eb<br>munguan t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb jav\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin mendimin e tyre rreth vendimit t\u00eb<br>marr\u00eb.<br><em>6.4. Zgjedhja e Bordit Drejtues<\/em><br>a. Para se t\u00eb paraqitet plani i nj\u00eb kandidati referuar n\u00eb Nenin 6.4. pika f. vii. n\u00eb<br>Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme, Bordi Drejtues n\u00eb fuqi duhet t\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb<br>kandidatura respekton kushtet e Statutit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7<\/strong><br>b. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme zgjedhin pes\u00eb (5) an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit<br>Zgjedhor t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do drejtojn\u00eb zgjedhjet p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues.<br>c. Bordi Drejtues zgjidhet nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit me votim t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e<br>P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb An\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>d. Votimi do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur Bordin Drejtues sipas list\u00ebs shum\u00eb-em\u00ebrore t\u00eb<br>kandidateve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit.<br>e. Bordi Drejtues do t\u00eb ket\u00eb tre (3) v\u00ebnde me prioritet p\u00ebr femrat dhe dy (2) v\u00ebnde<br>me prioritet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 27 vje\u00e7. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se keto kandidatura nuk<br>ofrohen at\u00ebhere vendet me prioritet do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen nga kandidaturat e tjera.<br>f. Kandidat\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb cil\u00ebsit e m\u00ebposhtme:<br>i. Kandidat\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb individ\u00eb me besueshm\u00ebri.<br>ii. T\u00eb zot\u00ebrojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe gjuh\u00ebn angleze ose franceze.<br>iii. T\u00eb ken\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb vit an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>iv. T\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar gjimnazin (12 vjet shkoll\u00eb) dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb patur sukses ne<br>nj\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar profesionale, ose t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar studimet<br>universitare.<br>v. T\u00eb mos ken\u00eb pre\u00e7edent\u00eb penal\u00eb ose probleme mendore t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara.<br>vi. T\u00eb mos jen\u00eb perjashtuar nga Shoqata p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb Statutit.<br>vii. T\u00eb paraqesin publikisht nj\u00eb muaj para zgjedhjeve nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb qart\u00eb rreth<br>kontributit q\u00eb mund t\u2019i ofrojn\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj duke ju<br>p\u00ebrmbajtur misionit dhe kritereve t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>g. Bordi drejtues me votim t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve voton p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e<br>kryetarit t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas zgjedh zv\/kryetarin, sekretarin dhe financierin e<br>Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>h. Bordi Drejtues n\u00eb fuqi do t\u00eb synoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 50% t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve ekzistues t\u00eb tij t\u00eb<br>konkurojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb kandidat\u00eb p\u00ebr An\u00ebtar\u00eb Bordi n\u00eb zgjedhjet e reja t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>i. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e sapo zgjedhur dhe pa eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb borde drejtues duhet t\u00eb regjistrohen<br>n\u00eb nj\u00eb kurs t\u00eb paguar nga Shoqata jo m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb se gjys\u00ebm dite rreth t\u00eb drejtave dhe<br>detyrave t\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00ebtari bordi drejtues.<br><em>6.5. Koh\u00ebzgjatja<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb mandat n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 6.4.<br>b. Kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre (3) mandate t\u00eb<br>nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhen m\u00eb<br>shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb (5) mandate t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rastit kur nj\u00eb nga<br>k\u00ebta an\u00ebtar, p\u00ebrfshir edhe kryetarin, votohet nga 3\u20444 e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb e<br>P\u00ebrgjithshme.<br>c. Nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar i Bordit Drejtues mund t\u00eb pezullohet p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb<br>SHKSHM, t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb SHKSHM, t\u00eb Rregullores s\u00eb SHKSHM, t\u00eb<br>Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut t\u00eb Kebekut, ose Kodit Penal t\u00eb<br>Kanadas\u00eb me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb vote nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues dhe<br>pasi t\u00eb jen\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar me an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Nderit.<br>d. Mungesa e pajustifikuar e nj\u00eb an\u00ebtari t\u00eb Bordit n\u00eb tre (3) takime t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme<br>t\u00eb Bordit do t\u00eb gjykohet si heqje dor\u00eb vullnetare nga kjo detyre dhe mandati quhet<br>i p\u00ebrfunduar me vendim t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6.6. Vendet e lira n\u00eb Bordin Drejtues<\/em><br>a. Nj\u00eb vend do t\u00eb quhet i lir\u00eb n\u00eb Bordin Drejtues n\u00eb rast:<br>i. T\u00eb nj\u00eb letre dor\u00ebheqjeje me shkrim t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy jav\u00eb para<br>mbledhjes s\u00eb Bordit Drejtues ose n\u00eb rast t\u00eb largimit vullnetar sipas Nenit 6.5<br>pika d.<br>ii. Vendi i lir\u00eb n\u00eb Bordin Drejtues mund do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet vet\u00ebm sipas list\u00ebs shum\u00eb-<br>em\u00ebrore t\u00eb votuar n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme me votat m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta nga nj\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>kandidat q\u00eb gjithashtu plot\u00ebson kushtet e Nenit 6.4. pika e. dhe kushtet e<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br><em>6.7. Shp\u00ebrblimi, kufizime, dhe detyrime<\/em><br>a. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si vullnetar\u00eb pa pages\u00eb.<br>b. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Bordit Drejtues nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb apo<br>jo t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pozicionit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Bordin Drejtues apo n\u00eb em\u00ebr<br>t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>c. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb \u00e7do aktiviteti privat an\u00ebtari i Bordit Drejtues ka detyrimin<br>q\u00eb n\u00eb ftes\u00eb t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb t\u00eb ftuarit e tij dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoj\u00eb faktin q\u00eb aktiviteti nuk po<br>organizohet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb SHKSHM.<br>d. Askush nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye personale informacionet apo mjetet e<br>SHKSHM.<br>e. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb angazhoj\u00eb kontraktor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb shuma t\u00eb arsyeshme<br>p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur detyrat e p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Mbledhjet e An\u00ebtar\u00ebve, vet\u00eb Bordi<br>Drejtues, apo Statuti i SHKSHM.<br>f. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb propozime p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me an\u00ebtar\u00eb ose<br>individ\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa fitimprur\u00ebse t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs n\u00ebse bashk\u00ebpunimi mund\u00ebson<br>arritjen e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb Statutit.<br><em>6.8. Kryetari<\/em><br>a. Kryetari \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuesi kryesor zbatues dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs i Shoqat\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb<br>udh\u00ebheq\u00eb \u00e7do takim t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs dhe Bordit Drejtues.<br>b. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngarkuar me drejtimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, kontrollin e pun\u00ebve dhe<br>veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e saj.<br>c. Kryetari harton dhe zhvillon programe pune si dhe mbikqyr k\u00ebt\u00eb pro\u00e7es duke<br>udh\u00ebhequr dhe udh\u00ebzuar.<br>d. Kryetari vler\u00ebson ecurin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre programeve dhe p\u00ebrcakton vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb apo<br>p\u00ebrfundimin e tyre pasi t\u00eb jen\u00eb miratuar me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb votash nga<br>Bordi Drejtues.<br>e. Gjat\u00eb munges\u00ebs dhe pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kryetarit, detyrat ushtrohen nga z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebs<br>kryetari.<br>f. P\u00ebr tu kualifikuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb pozicionin e kryetarit, kandidat\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb<br>pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb vit t\u00eb plot\u00eb si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, t\u00eb jen\u00eb shtetas kanadez\u00eb ose t\u00eb ken\u00eb<br>statusin qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kanada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6.9. Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetari<\/em><br>a. N\u00eb munges\u00eb dhe n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs nga kryetari,<br>z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetari do t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb detyrat dhe t\u00eb drejtat e kryetarit t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>b. Gjithashtu, ai mund t\u00eb kryej\u00eb edhe detyra t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u2019i ngarkohen nga<br>Bordi Drejtues.<br>c. P\u00ebr t\u2019u kualifikuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb pozicionin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetarit, kandidat\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb<br>qen\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb vit t\u00eb plot\u00eb si an\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb Shoqat\u00eb, t\u00eb jen\u00eb shtetas kanadez\u00eb ose<br>t\u00eb ken\u00eb statusin qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kanada.<br>6.10. Sekretari dhe ndihm\u00ebs sekretari<br>a. Sekretari i Shoqat\u00ebs ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb organizimin e takimeve t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues,<br>mbajtjen e pro\u00e7esverbaleve t\u00eb mbledhjeve, regjistrimin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs,<br>mir\u00ebmbajtjen e dokumentacionit, mbajtjen dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e vul\u00ebs s\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs n\u00eb<br>p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e saj, si dhe detyra t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u2019i<br>ngarkohen nga Bordi Drejtues dhe\/ose nga kryetari.<br>b. Bordi Drejtues i Shoqates mund t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb zv\/sekretar i cili ndihmon<br>Sekretarin n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave t\u00eb tij.<br>c. Sekretarit i ngarkohet detyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur rrept\u00ebsisht konfidencialitetin e t\u00eb gjitha<br>informacioneve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs dhe \u00e7do informacion tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb<br>duhet ose k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb mbahet i till\u00eb.<br><em>6.11. Financieri<\/em><br>a. Financieri i Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sh\u00ebnimet financiare t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, do t\u00eb<br>paraqes\u00eb raportin e kontrollit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm financiar para Mbledhjes s\u00eb An\u00ebtar\u00ebve<br>t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, do t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb p\u00ebr miratim Dokumentin p\u00ebr Politika dhe Procedura<br>Financiare t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, si dhe do t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb \u00e7do detyr\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u2019i ngarkohet nga<br>Bordi Drejtues.<br>b. Kandidat\u00ebt p\u00ebr pozicionin e Financierit duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb individ\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar<br>besueshm\u00ebri, duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues, si dhe duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb<br>pune dhe shkollime n\u00eb fushat e llogari-mbajtjes apo financave.<br>c. Financieri \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjes p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet dhe detyrimet tatimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 7 \u2013 MBLEDHJET E BORDIT DREJTUES<br><\/strong><em>7.1. Mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues<\/em><br>a. Mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues do t\u00eb mbahen aq her\u00eb sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nevojshme, por jo<br>me pak se gjasht\u00eb (6) her\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<br>b. Mbledhjet thirren nga kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>c. Mbledhjet e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues mund t\u00eb thirren nga kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs pas<br>k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs me shkrim t\u00eb s\u00eb paku tre (3) an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues, ku njoftohet<br>dhe p\u00ebr temat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebrkohet takimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>7.2. Njoftimi<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10<\/strong><br>a. Mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim q\u00eb i drejtohet secilit an\u00ebtar t\u00eb<br>Bordit dhe An\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb nderit rreth dates s\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb ardhshme e<br>cila mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet edhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>7.3. Minimumi<\/em><br>a. Gjysma plus nj\u00eb (50%+1) an\u00ebtar e numrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bordit<br>Drejtues p\u00ebrb\u00ebn minimumin e nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mbajtjen e mbledhjes s\u00eb Bordit<br>Drejtues.<br>b. Mbledhja e Bordit Drejtues mund t\u00eb mbahet pa minimumin e nevojsh\u00ebm, me<br>kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendimet t\u00eb ratifikohen n\u00eb mbledhjen e ardhshme me minimum<br>t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues, p\u00ebrndryshe mbledhja pa minimumin e<br>nevojsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb quhet e pavlefshme.<br><em>7.4. Votimi<\/em><br>a. Votimi n\u00eb mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues do t\u00eb jet\u00eb individual.<br>b. \u00c7do vendim i marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjet e Bordit Drejtues do t\u00eb merret me shumic\u00eb t\u00eb<br>thjesht\u00eb votash.<br>c. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb votave, vota e Kryetarit t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues \u00ebsht\u00eb<br>p\u00ebrcaktuese.<br><em>7.5. Procesverbali<\/em><br>a. Sekretari i Shoqat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbajtjen e pro\u00e7esverbalit t\u00eb takimit t\u00eb<br>Bordit Drejtues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 8 \u2013 VITI FISKAL.<\/strong><br>a. Viti fiskal n\u00eb Shoqat\u00eb fillon m\u00eb 01 Janar dhe p\u00ebrfundon m\u00eb 31 Dhjetor t\u00eb \u00e7do viti<br>kalendarik.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 9 \u2013 DOKUMENTAT ME SHKRIM<\/strong><br>a. Dokumentat me shkrim t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs (n\u00eb flet\u00ebn me emblem\u00ebn e Shoqates) q\u00eb<br>k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vul\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnshkrim do t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhen nga kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs dhe do t\u0451<br>ciklohen nga Sekretari.<br>b. K\u00ebto dokumenta p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb \u00e7eqe, kontrata, transferta bankare, memorandume dhe<br>marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebpunimi, fatura financiare, urdh\u00ebrpagesa, vendime, si dhe<br>let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 10 \u2013 RREGULLORJA E SHKSHM DHE KODI I ETIK\u00cbS<\/strong><br>a. Rregullorja e SHKSHM ka si q\u00ebllim kryesor sqarimin dhe interpretimin e Statutit.<br>b. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb dhe miratoj\u00eb Rregulloren e SHKSHM duke u<br>bazuar n\u00eb q\u00ebllimin dhe parimet e Statutit t\u00eb SHKSHM p\u00ebr administrimin dhe<br>veprimtarit\u00eb e Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>c. Ndryshimet n\u00eb Rregullore t\u00eb SHKSHM duhet t\u00eb miratohen n\u00eb Mbledhjen e radh\u00ebs<br>s\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb Pergjithshme. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ndryshimet nuk miratohen nga<br>Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme ato b\u00ebhen t\u00eb pavlefshme dhe nuk mund t\u00eb miratohen<br>p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nga Bordi Drejtues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11<\/strong><br>d. Bordi Drejtues do t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe Kodin e Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs dhe do t\u00eb<br>siguroj\u00eb q\u00eb ky kod t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i njohur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 11 \u2013 GRUPET E PUN\u00cbS<\/strong><br>a. Shoqata mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb grupe pune t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme.<br>b. Puna e k\u00ebtyre grupeve do t\u00eb rregullohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<br>i. Grupet e p\u00ebrhershme ngrihen me propozim t\u00eb Bordit Drejtues duke v\u00ebn\u00eb<br>n\u00eb dijeni an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e SHKSHM.<br>ii. Grupet e p\u00ebrhershme pushojn\u00eb s\u00eb ekzistuari me vendim t\u00eb Mbledhjes s\u00eb<br>Bordit Drejtues pasi t\u00eb ken\u00eb njoftuar an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e SHKSHM.<br>iii. Grupet e p\u00ebrhershme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme do t\u00eb raportojn\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjet e<br>Bordit Drejtues.<br>iv. Grupet e p\u00ebrhershme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin nj\u00eb raport vjetor<br>pune p\u00ebr Mbledhjen e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Grupe t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb grupe pune p\u00ebr edukim dhe kultur\u00eb, financa,<br>p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime ndaj an\u00ebtar\u00ebve, em\u00ebrime dhe zgjedhje, p\u00ebr Komisionin e An\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb<br>dhe Disiplin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tjera sipas nevoj\u00ebs.<br>d. Bordi Drejtues mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe grupe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer<br>detyra t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<br>e. K\u00ebto grupe apo komitete shkrihen me realizimin e detyrave t\u00eb ngarkuara.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NENI 12 \u2013 BURIMET FINANCIARE<\/strong><br>a. Burimet financiare t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen nga: kuotat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb si dhe nga<br>mjetet financiare q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga dhurimet apo nga veprimtarit\u00eb p\u00ebr shtimin e<br>fondeve.<br>b. \u00c7do veprimtari e hapur e Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet edhe si mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shtimin<br>e fondeve.<br>c. Bordi Drejtues \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr miratimin e nj\u00eb Plani Vjetor p\u00ebr shtimin e<br>fondeve t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fondeve q\u00eb vijn\u00eb prej<br>dhurimeve dhe veprimtarive q\u00eb organizon Shoqata p\u00ebr shtimin e fondeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 13 \u2013 KONTROLLI FINANCIAR<br><\/strong>a. Librat financiar\u00eb dhe dokumentat e Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb rishikohen n\u00eb fund t\u00eb \u00e7do viti<br>fiskal nga dy ekspert\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen nga Bordi Drejtues.<br>b. Raporti i dy ekspert\u00ebve fiskal\u00eb i b\u00ebhet i njohur Bordit Drejtues q\u00eb merr vendimet e<br>nevojshme sipas k\u00ebshillimeve n\u00eb raportin e shkruar.<br>c. Financieri i Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb situat\u00ebn financiare dhe nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb detajuar<br>p\u00ebr vitin fiskal n\u00eb \u00e7do Mbledhje t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 14 \u2013 KONFLIKTI I INTERESAVE<br><\/strong>a. Konflikti i interesave br\u00ebnda k\u00ebtij Statuti n\u00ebnkupton konflikt interesi mes<br>Shoqat\u00ebs dhe interesit privat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Shoqat\u00ebs apo an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e<br>organeve drejtuese t\u00eb saj.<br>b. P\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur konfliktin e interesave, para \u00e7do votimi n\u00eb mbledhjet e Bordit<br>Drejtues apo n\u00eb mbledhjet e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, cilido drejtues apo<br>an\u00ebtar duhet t\u00eb vet\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt interesi t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12<\/strong><br>c. N\u00eb rast se konflikti i interesit ekziston, at\u00ebher\u00eb personi p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb votoj\u00eb<br>ose nuk do t\u00eb votohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 15 \u2013 GJUH\u00cbT ZYRTARE<\/strong><br>a. Gjuh\u00ebt zyrtare t\u00eb SHKSHM jan\u00eb gjuha shqipe, fr\u00ebnge dhe angleze.<br>b. N\u00eb Mbledhjet e An\u00ebtar\u00ebve, Bordit Drejtues, Grupeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme dhe t\u00eb<br>p\u00ebrkohshme gjuh\u00eb e par\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjuha shqipe, pa p\u00ebrjashtuar p\u00ebrdorimin sipas<br>d\u00ebshir\u00ebs t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs anglisht ose fr\u00ebngjisht.<br>c. Bordi Drejtues do t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb rregullat p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebve zyrtare t\u00eb<br>Shoqat\u00ebs n\u00eb rastet e korrespondenc\u00ebs dhe dokumentacionit t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 16 \u2013 BOTIMET DHE FAQJA E INTERNETIT<br><\/strong>a. Shoqata mund t\u00eb botoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb periodike buletinin e Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>b. Bordi Drejtues do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb p\u00ebr botime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb mundshme prej Shoqat\u00ebs.<br>c. Shoqata do t\u00eb ket\u00eb faqen e saj zyrtare t\u00eb internetit.<br>d. T\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb botimin e materialeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faqe do ta ken\u00eb vet\u00ebm<br>personat e autorizuar nga Bordi Drejtues.<br>e. Faqja n\u00eb rrjetet shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs do t\u00eb drejtohet vet\u00ebm nga persona t\u00eb<br>autorizuar nga Bordi Drejtues dhe askush nuk mund t\u00eb pranohet n\u00eb rrjetin<br>shoq\u00ebror pa plot\u00ebsuar t\u00eb gjitha kriteret e regjistrimit.<br>f. Statuti i Shoqat\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshohet nga Bordit Drejtues, por Bordi<br>Drejtues mund t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb ose t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb grup pune t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb<br>paraqitur p\u00ebr miratim n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme ndryshime t\u00eb Statutit.<br>b. P\u00ebr aprovimin e ndryshimeve n\u00eb Statut nevojiten votat e tre t\u00eb kat\u00ebrtave (3\/4) t\u00eb<br>an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>NENI 19 \u2013 INTERPRETIME DHE KONKLUZIONE<\/strong><br>a. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Statut dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do akt tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb aprovohet m\u00eb pas sipas<br>p\u00ebrmbajtjes t\u00eb fjalis\u00eb, nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb n\u00eb gjinin\u00eb fem\u00ebrore duhet t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb dhe<br>gjinin\u00eb mashkullore dhe anasjelltas, dhe gjithashtu n\u00ebnkupton dhe subjekte si\u00e7<br>dikton logjika.<br>b. N\u00eb rast se ky Statut nuk shprehet me p\u00ebrcaktim n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar,<br>konkluzione paralele dhe me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim mund t\u00eb arrihen nga pika t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb<br>t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ky Statut shprehet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13<\/strong><br>c. Statuti i SHKSHM, Rregullorja e SHKSHM, dhe Kodi i Etik\u00ebs s\u00eb SHKSHM jan\u00eb<br>dokumentet themelues t\u00eb SHKSHM. Kur e p\u00ebrshtatshme, fjala Statut n\u00ebnkupton<br>rregulloren e SHKSHM dhe Kodin t\u00eb Etik\u00ebs.<br>d.
